Condition My Mind?

Can I condition my own mind? Like a Pavlovian type of conditioning? Have cravings? Drink tea. Hungry? Drink tea. Want cookies? Drink tea. Stomach growling? Drink tea. Lost a pound? Drink tea.

Is it possible to replace my cravings and hunger, via conditioning, with green tea? So when I crave or get hunger, I want tea? Make tea a reward? I know you can knowingly condition yourself, making it a little mind fuck-y, but I really want to do it.

Really.

  1. I'm sure it can be done. Google it.

Although on the other hand, hunger is supposed to be one of your most basic instincts, so I don't know if that can be overwritten.

    1. Ugh. I've so lost motivation. For anything. I just want to lay around and do nothing but get fat :c

  2. I know the feeling. Then I just tell myself - OK, you can lie around and not lose, as long as you don't lie around and gain. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Actually, mostly it doesn't.

How are things with the boyfriend?

    1. I think I flipped a switch or something because I am on board again. I feel off for a bit but I'm getting back on track.

And yeah...he MUST want me fat

  3. Good for you! Then hopefully both of us will have a good week! :) Everyone falls off once in a while.

I'm sure he doesn't want to make you fat, he just doesn't want you starving yourself. I'm sure he's just worried about you because he cares about you.
